It is located in the medieval district of Montorgueil (2^nd. district) with its sinuous streets, and at a few minute walking distance from Louvre and the Marais. With a touch of ‘village environment’, it is near some shopping malls with bakeries, fresh pastry, fish shops, businesses, restaurants, cafes, etc. The studio measures 24m2 (260 sf), it is very luminous and well equipped.  It was renovated in 2005 and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is also another studio in the same building with the same features and capacity, in case that a big group wants to reserve.
